Hi, new here

Hi all, have started on here to log my food intake as my weight is slowly creeping upwards. I am not exercising ATM due to a back injury but usually swim 3x week in a fairly serious way.

I am vegetarian and tried a low carb diet for a bit but although I was not hungry I was tired a lot of the time. So now I am trying more for a balance, and cutting out the refined carbs only!
