Wow - what a wonderful response thank you!!
As soon as i work out how to put a picture on I will.
I started on a very strict 1000 calorie a day diet which included Slimfast and soups. After the first 3 stone I upped my calories to 1200 a day and also upped my exercise as the less weight helped.
A few tips that have also helped are
Eat Breakfast (I never ate breakfast before)
Not to eat most of my Calories in the evening
Reduce red meats
Cut out Bread all together
Eat Proteins first then veg then carbs
DRINK lots of water (I am still bad at that)
cut out pepsi
treats only at the weekends (no saving on healthy calories to have bad calories every day)
Serve up your dinner, then half it. Eat that and leave it 15 mins. If you are still hungry go back and eat half of what you left. (I have never had to go back for more).
I am happy to share my tips.
However, I am new to this and the biggest challenge for me now is to keep the weight off. I want to hear from people who have lost their weight and kept it off.0 -
I have added a picture. I hope you can see it. Let me know if you can't.0
