I've noticed that in the before and after pictures the 'after' always looks so much younger.
Has anyone ever thought you were younger after a big weight loss??

I think the majjority of the time that is true. I have been told that and I have only lost 14 pounds,
I also think that when some folks are slimmer their clothing options change.0 -

Definitely a big one, unless you're into dressing vintage or retro. A boost in energy could contribute as well- people tend to pay attention to how young you act, not how young you look.0 -
Yep, people tell me I look younger now. I'm just trying to be healthy, but that's a nice bonus!0

That's true! I never really thought of that. One of the things I have always hated about being overweight is I have to wear old lady clothes0
