Time to stop excuses and start losing weight BEFORE PICS

Hi
I joined MFP about 2 weeks ago.
I have always been overweight since my teens. I am now 33 and had twins by C section 5 years ago. This was a fab excuse not to tackle the weight for a while but last year I joined weight watchers and started the 30 day shred and got down to 172 pounds and a UK size 14.
But then I had a knee operation whcih laid me up for 8 weeks and means that I now cannot exercise as I used to - no impact!!
I have gained just over 2 stone and weighed 205 pounds when I joined MFP last week. I am now tight in a UK16.
I lost 6 pounds the first week and have not weighed in this week yet.
I thought I would post some hideous photos to remind me why I am doing this. (I would never ever normally wear a bikini like the one in the photos - I bought it today in the sales for £3 and thought I could use it for my monthly photos and you never know I might actually be able to get away with wearing it one day!)
I am not sure how much I want to lose - my aim is to get back to 172 before Christmas (I am going on a sunshine holiday and all my summer clothes are too small) and then go from there.
So this is it - I can't believe I am posting my fat photos on a public website! Eek!
