Lost 20lbs - scared to put it back on!

I took a summer job at a camp this summer and lost 20lbs! Yay....but now that I'm back home I'm starting to get back into bad habits again. I really don't want to put it back on, and would still like to lose more but I'm constantly hungry now. Anyone else had a similar problem?

    Fill up on fruits and vegetables. An apple mid day is a great way to hold you from lunch to dinner. I take a lunch bag with me every day to work with has lunch as well as snacks - hard boiled egg, fruit, yogurt, cut up veggies with hummus.
