Homemade Energy Bars
Makes 24 bars
Ingredients
Non-stick spray for pan
1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups rolled oats
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
1/4 cup canola oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 F. Spray 24 muffin cups with non-stick spray. Mix dry ingredients together with hands and then add wet ingredients. Mix thoroughly until combined. Place approximately 1 1/2 tablespoons of the batter in each muffin cup. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Each serving comes in at about 115 calories.

Have you tried cutting the sugar in half or using fat free yogurt?0

They could be gluten free if you don't put the flour in. I found a yummy recipe in this month's Eating Well magazine that uses raw honey and almond butter as the glue. I'll find it and post it tonight!!0

I haven't tried making these yet so I haven't plugged the ingredients into a recipe tracker yet. As soon as I make them I'll add them figure out the nutritional info. and add to the database.0 -
buttonboutique- I would be very interested in the GF one as my family all has some form of wheat allergy and we eat a very clean diet.

Here, I figured out the nutritional info. I put it in as lowfat yogurt. I personally would probably try whole wheat flour, but that's just me.
