Ma and pa pizza place

I have plenty of calories for the day left (2200) and was thinking about ordering pizza. We want order from a local ma and pa place that uses brick ovens. I can't figure out how to log it. Anyone have tips how to log? It's similar to a bacon cheeseburger but with slices of pickles on it. I called them and they said they don't have nutritional facts.

    I would just look through the bacon cheeseburger pizzas on the database and pick an average. There are quite a few on there, with and without pickles!
