    I wouldn't, especially if you're at a plateau in your weight loss. If your daily calorie intake is between 1200 to 1400 hundred daily and you burned 300 to 400 hundred calories a day, I wouldn't worry about trying to eat the 300 to 400 hundred calories to make up what you burned. Unless you're daily calories goal is less than 1200 hundred, because anything below a 1000 calories is unhealthy for your body.

    That "carried weight well" phrase has to be the most distructive well-meant phrase ever uttered. You've done so well to kick that out of your head and make an amazing transformation in your life. Looking beautiful there!
