<<<My goal is 129lbs
(I'm 138 just now). Looking at this pic, taken
yesterday, I was thinking of changing it to
125-126. I'm only 5ft2. Maybe I need to go
lower than 129 (9st3). What do you think??
Opinions please! x ;)

Why not do those ten pounds and then see how it looks on you? It would probably depend a lot on what the composition of your 129lbs is. A great idea could be to get to that current goal weight, and then get a proper body fat percentage test, and set a final goal based on body fat rather than weight.

agree with above also there is the fact that 10lbs now will look a lot more significant than 10lbs did when you start.
  • That's what I'll do! Get to 129 first and see how I feel then decide from there. Thanks! ;)

Just lose weight till you're happy with yourself. Set small goals so stick with 129 for now and then change it as you go if necessary

Until you're happy with your weight, that is. If you try to lose weight to become happy with yourself, you'll never reach that point.

I'm only 5 feet tall, and I do know that when we gain weight we show it much more than someone who is taller. The same holds true when you lose the weight. 10 pounds for someone our size is a lot. Do what feels good for you and where you can comfortably maintain.

What I meant by with yourself is your appearance I mean. Weight is just a number. But I do know what you're saying and well done for pointing it out! Don't ever lose weight just to be happy with yourself in general xx
