Hello My name is Fuad I'm 30 years old living in UAE. I work as a Dental Surgeon Implantologist, which means spending 8 hours a day sitting in my clinic. My actual weight is 90 Kg and aiming to reach 72 Kg by Christmas 2012. I like dining outdoor and adore Japanese food. I don't exercise at all since i work in 2 shifts aday. I need some support and encouregements to go on with my project from people who share me with my interests and goal. come on it's not that hard to lose those 18 Kg.
I had lot of failure stories with weight loss either by diets or exercise. I used to start and lose control after few days. This time I know i MUST make it and I will.

Hi Faud! Nice name. I'm trying to lose another 17kg, hopefully by Christmas, if not by the time I go back to uni after Christmas (February). I started at 93kg. (: ps: I'm also Arab.
