    It has to feel great to be able to just put on whatever clothes you want and not have to struggle (sucking in, thinking about how you will look if you sit down..etc). I have been in a size 8 when I was dedicated to myself and doing what was healthy for me and I will get back there! (currently 167pounds) Your story was a wonderful read, you truly look amazing and happy......congratulations on your success!!!! :smile:

    Great job! When I first started scrolling through your pics I though, "wow, she's such a pretty woman!" When I got to the after pics I thought, "Wow! She is absolutely gorgeous and she shines!" You and your husband made such a wonderful pair. You should be so proud of your accomplishment. It has paid off and it's certainly helping those of us who are still on our way.

    You look amazing! I like that you have fallen in love with fitness too! I just started MFP last week. I am a 13/14 and looking to slim down with a focus on fitness as well.     Way to go! I was just like you, going unhealthy and all. Then I got diagnosed with type 2 diabetes earlier this year, and that was the proverbial kick in the--er, rear end I really needed to start taking care of myself. I'm happy to say I went from size 16 down to size 10 and have lost 38 pounds since that diagnosis.

    The highest weight I had was 2 years ago at 192. Today, I'm 143, and I already know I won't ever go back to being the big woman I had been before getting the diabetes news. As for a bikini...I'm still rather self-conscious about wearing one yet, since i still have a bit of flab around the stomach area.
