    My whole household is running a fever today, yrt i pulled myself out of bed to weigh in. I'm at 173.0 today. (I would like to chalk up a pound of that to chest congestion :wink:

    ugh damn the weekends!!! all i do is snack snack snack. oh, well today is a new day - here we go again! i really have to watch my water better...maybe that's a reason for the snacking???

    Well i didn't do too swell this week..I have gained :( I am certain it is water weight as we were eating out alot this weekend.

    Bw - 290
    Last week - 239.9
    This week - 285.5

    HOpefully i will be back down next week.

    I'm making some small changes and looking to eliminate or at least reduce my morning coffee ritual. I will also focus on those calories and work to earn all those challenge points this week. Small changes day by day = big results long term.

    OK...so I weighed myself and fortunately I did lose .4 pounds! I WILL do better this week!

    I dont think I drank water or did enough cardio to post, so no points for me. :(
    Wait, does walking to the mailbox instead of driving count?

    I will let you decide if you count it as cardio:> I think the original challenge was 15 minutes of cardio.

    I did pretty bad this week but ateast I lost SOMETHING! I am super excited though....I'm getting a membership at a club that i've been wanting to go to FOREVER. They have the curves curcuit, 3 leves of weight training floors, over 60 different classes to attend per week, child care for while you're working out, a steam room and suana, hot tub, pool, tennis, etc., etc., etc., the list goes on and on. I am so super excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Been putting money aside for the start up fees but I hope to get the membership by the end of this month!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Ok hee goes,,,this moning weight in for me was 153, down one from last week,,,,,, not the best week fo me,,,,lots f coming and going. but still happy. I.started walking with friends the end of last week,,, but bad weather has limited us. this week will be better..... we walked 6 miles today .yahoooo.

    Challenge 1- a point for each day you stay under or at your calorie goal
    Challenge 2- a point for each day you do at least 15 minutes of cardio

    THANKS!!! This week has been a touch one. It's court week. I don't do too good on court weeks.

    This week I'm down 2.5 lbs. Water 7/7. I don't do cardio. The knees can't take it.

    I'll see you ladies next week. Have a GREAT week and be kind to yourselves.

    OK, my weight went down from last week but still not where I was when I started, but at least I'm headed the right way now.

    Current weight - 212.2 lbs.
    Water - 5/7 Cardio 2/7

    Hopefully the counting calories will get me going. I need to do it but am not real consistant, so the challenge is on! Thanks.

    the water thing is still new to me. Before I started myfitnesspal I would have a glass of water maybe 1 a month. I am up to 3-5 cups a day but 8...... I have to work at that.
