Hi, I am new here.

My name is Holly and I am 47 years old.

One week as of yesterday into the 1200 cal a day program. I am not sure if I have lost anything yet, my scale is a little unreliable. I have about 100 pounds I want to lose.

I know I probably ate a lot more than 1200 calories to get into the shape I am in now, but I am having a hard time getting all my calories in. It seems as if foods have too many, or too little, and I feel like I am struggling to fill it all in.

Welcome! You may struggle for a while, but as long as you keep going it will get easier.
Sometimes planning your meals for the day helps too, so you can make adjustments.

  • Holly!

If you're under your calorie goal, but you're not hungry then you're doing absolutely fine! Typically, you'd like to get as much nutritional value as you can during breakfast. With that being said, if you follow the serving size, cheerios and grape nuts are great cereals!

Welcome, Holly! I am also on a 1200 calorie plan and have about 84 pounds left to lose (111 total). Anyway, I'm sending you a friend request.
