Hello :O) looking for friends , Im new ( 3days)

Hello, I just wanted to stop by and post a Hello to the community and say I so far really like this site.Ive been doing this for 3 days and its so fun and helpful. So if anyone needs friends and wants to add me go right ahead. I have a good sense of humor and am friendly and can be a great support. I lost 7lbs before the site this month, and for the days I have been on here I have met my goals w/ the calorie counting, carb , fat, protein counting...well under on the protein some...but at least not over on calories and carbs.Im 4'11 and last month I weighed 135. Now Im at 127, and hopefully with the sites help I can reach my goals of 110 again...or even 115 might be okay..we'll see. :O)

    Welcome and feel free to add me. I'm 5'2" and I previously lost 35lbs and kept it off for 4 years. I gained 12 lbs last year with a lot of changes in my life. I now have 7 to go and I'll be back in my wardrobe. :)

    I am the energizer bunny and love to exercise and I almost always happy!

    We've been using the site daily and love the encouragement and good information provided. Our journey over the
    last 6 mos. has resulted in a 60 lb loss for my wife, and 40 for me. We are both close to goal weight and have established good habits to assure we stay healthy and fit. The food and exercise diaries are great reinforcement and worth the time to utilize.
