Hi I'm new to MFP, but not new to diet and exercise!

I've been using sparkpeople for a couple years now, but I've been hearing lots of good things about MFP and I wanted to give it a try. So far I like it a lot! :) I've lost 30 pounds so far (and it's so noticeable!) from my highest and have 70 more to go til I'm a thin, healthier lil thang. ;)

I'm always looking for more friends!
