Hmmm... I wonder what stimulants she's selling?

Even if weight loss that quickly is possible, it isn't sustainable. Better to reduce slowly and relearn how to eat in a healthy way that'll keep you fit for the rest of your life.

I lost 40-50 in 2 months before. Needless to say, it didn't stay off, but I wasn't trying to lose either. It was a change in medication. I eventually gained double that back.

It also depends where you start -- 300 to 200 in 3mos is a lot different than 400 to 300.

Hmm Depends on many things - you would think that the Biggest Loser contestants were losing weight healthily - with many doctors present, and they lose at that rate

It's POSSIBLE - people on The Biggest Loser do it all the time. But it's not really healthy, and it's a lot harder to keep the weight off when it comes off that fast.
  • Wowzers!! Doesn't sound healthy.

I super active person can burn 4000 or so calories in a day. 7-8 hours cardio counts as super active. If she is only eating 500 calories a day, that puts her at -3500 calories which equals a pound loss per day. So sure, it is possible.
In the United States, amphetamines (an upper) use to work really well for dieting but they are not good for you. They are illegal now but people post all over so maybe they are legal where they are.
