Hi everyone!! I'm new to myfitnesspal and really excited to finally set my goal! I just started doing P90X (day 3.) I'm also thinking about training for the Evansville marathon but would only have 13 weeks!! YIKES!
My question: I "made" homemade organic peanut butter at Kroger the other day and was logging it into my food log but couldn't find it. I googled the nutrients but didn't find anything. I know about what it would be but is there anyway to change the calories/fat/protein manually on the log????
Thanks!!

You can always add a food that isn't in the database. That gives you the opportunity to put in the correct numbers. I usually put my name in the title so I just search for my name to find any food I've enterred.
Keep up the good work!0
