I have recently come to the realization that my weight may no longer be the correct indicator of my fitness level. so I bought a pair of calipers but am concerned there is a margin of human error in this method. does anyone know of a website that explains the correct pinching technique and other errors i may be making not knowing it???

Click on the "Caliper Sites" and it shows how/where to take the measurements, complete with short videos of each. Enter your age, weight and caliper measurements into the desired calculator lower on the page and click "Calculate".
If you want to help reduce human error, measure the sites 3-5 times each and average the measurements.0
