Which Workout-DVD-Regime Do you Recommend?

Hi all,
I'm looking to loose a chunk of weight in the next six months, preferably before the summer 'If God Wills'.
I'd like to ask for your suggestions on any really good Workout DVDs? I want results, not too fast (okay, maybe abit lol), but something to do the job effectively.
Looking for a number of things:
- 20-30mins max
- Burns Fat
- Improves Fitness
- Tones Up
- Not too pricey
Thanxxxx

30 day shred with Jillian Michaels fits all of those requirements.

Turbo Jam and/or Jillian Michaels 30 day shred.
Do you have Comcast? If so give some of the free OnDemand workouts a try.0 -
I really like the Jillian Michaels 30-Day Shred. It's priced around $10 at Target stores.
Good luck!0 -
Ok, this might be really silly . . . . but I just bought myself the dvd work out of the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader Boot Camp. It's got high and low impact work outs. I really like the work outs, I'm actually sweating! But they're not super difficult where I'm barely getting into the work out and positions. I also got their Yoga which is a nice stretching program. (both dvds have 25-45 minute work outs)
I also love Jillian Micheals. I have the 30 Day Shred and Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism. Both are extremely good dvds and well worth the price.
Yoga Booty Ballet is a fun one I like to do with dance, yoga, and toning workouts.
I got all my dvds off Amazon. I like to read the reviews from people before I purchase.0 -

Looks like I may be tempted to do The Shred. Have any of you guys completed the 30 days? Or half way? Quarter way even? - What were your results, How much did you loose?
Cheers! :happy:0 -

Another Yoga Booty Ballet-er! Haven't seen any others on MFP - thought I was going solo.... I've only been doing the YBB Core for about a week, and did the Goddess Booty once.... are you seeing much success ? How long have you been using it?
As for the original question on the thread - I concur with the 30 day shred recommendation. I did it, it kicked my booty (and toned it up.)0
