For those who have a sweet craving out there, I found a pretty great recipe for a healthy, yummy, delicious treat for breakfast! And it's so easy!
1/2 cup Quaker Old-Fashioned Oatmeal (cooked according to package directions)
1 Tbsp Hershey's unsweetened cocoa powder
1 Tbsp reduced fat Jif Creamy Peanut Butter (or any low fat brand of your choice)
2 packets Truvia Zero Calorie Sweetener (or other no calorie sweetener)
Cook the oatmeal according to the package and stir in remaining ingredients. You can always add more sweetener if 2 packets isn't enough. Only 255 calories and delicious! I paired mine with a banana and a glass of skim milk and it was a GREAT filling breakfast. Enjoy!

Sum! We don't have reduced fat or chocolate pbnj here, but I have some chocolate PB2 my friend sent me. May have to try that! X0

You'd be better off using a full fat, NATURAL peanut butter (like smuckers natural) where there's no added sugars, etc.... PB2 will work too, but it won't give you as much of a peanut butter taste.0

I make something similar a lot. But I use natural peanut butter, honey (for sweetness) and a scoop of vanilla whey protein powder. It's sooooo good.0

Add a handful of blueberries and heat up. You'll thank me later, oh and some cinnamon.0
