ok....I tried it, and only did half TBS, in a glass of water....and.....I'm going to look for the pills.
I did drink it down, but now I feel sick to my stomach....I don't think I can do this everyday. I'll see if I can find them.

--oh, wanted to share that ACV works wonders in fighting warts.
My sons both had warts, my oldest had them pretty badly..over 30 and we couldn't get rid of them ...we finally tried ACV on them...dab a little into a piece of tissue and put it on the wart over night with a bandaid ....it only took days to start seeing results.
My kids have been wart free ever since

In the past I have read how great the stuff is, and I tried and failed to drink it everyday. But after reading all these real ife stories, I think I better try again. I might have to try a different brand though, i have a bottle of unfiltered organic ACV and it's just so darn strong! Better yet, I could try the pills.

Ok, ok, ok--you might have made a believer out of me about ACV!

I knew I had retained fluid for some reason, as I had gained 2.5 pounds overnight from Saturday to Sunday! It wasn't food--I was keeping within my limits and exercising, so I knew it had to be fluid.

By yesterday, it had not gone away, despite upping my fluid intake and lowering my sodium intake even more than I do now. Nothing worked! :grumble:

So, yesterday I read this post and, as I posted yesterday, I tried ACV and hated it!

    BUT BUT BUT...

this morning, I jumped on the scale and since yesterday I lost 3.5 pounds! That's the 2.5 pounds of fluid I had gained plus another pound beyond that!

Now, where can I get some of those ACV pills?

    Hey all ...

I was warned by a friend NOT to use what you get from the grocery stores, because it has been pastuerized and all the nutrients are gone ... that it will just hurt your stomach ...

she said get the raw stuff, it should say the word "mother" on the bottle somewhere and still have the beneficial enzymes in it....that is what you want, it's what makes it work for weight loss and other benefits .... so anyone using plain old ACV from the store...stop! and go to the health food store for the good stuff ..... it will also look thicker and needs to be shaken.

Do the ACV pills have the same nutrients as actual ACV vinegar, I know sometimes when things are in pills they are less effective. I just wasn't sure if anyone knew how effective/ the composition of the pills.

    Thanks!

my sister has been taking it for years and she is really skinny. that's not why she uses it though. she says it's just all around good for you. it certainly can't hurt.
