I am new to this network. I would like to lose 45 pounds to reach a weight that is healthier. I have been on a recent weight loss program with a large company but felt I needed a change.

I am from Ohio too! East Liverpool. I do South Beach Diet. Have been doing it for 3 years. It works and it is easier than it seems. Good luck!0
