I'm 5'1" and my current goal weight is around 121 :) when I get there I'll see if I want to try to keep it that way or lose a bit more.

I'm 4'11 and trying to get back to 100 - 105. I was 102 back when I got married (2008) so hopefully that's a good range still, CW is 130.

5' 1" with a goal of 110, maybe smaller if I'm still not happy. Currently 120.

I'm 5'1, and my final goal is 145. My current goal is 160. I was down to 155 fairly recently and was pretty happy with that.

What's right for one person at that height is not necessarily right for another person. I'm 5' 1" and have a large frame. I'm also over sixty. I'm currently 135, which isn't bad but my goal is 129. My real goal, however, is not about weight. I want to get more off my stomach. Even though is not bad now, it can be better. A certain number doesn't make the figure perfect or the health perfect and doesn't assure fitness.

When I was young, I weighed 117 and looked fine. I also looked fine at 120 and 122 which I weighed a bit later. I think it just depends on the person, their frame size and their age, among other things.

I am 5 foot and trying to get to 128, which is the top of the BMI range for my height. I started at about 170 2.5 years ago and am now between 133-135. I've lost 17 pounds since Feb on MFP. I would ultimately like to be around 125, but it is so slow going at 54 years old! Nevertheless, I'm proud of how far I've gotten!
