to do 30 Day Shred twice a day? I have been doing it when I get up in the morning, before work, but was wondering if theres any downside to doing it in the evenng as well.

    I would think it depends on your prior level of activity. There are people who do the equivalent volume of exercise even if they aren't following that program. But it's something you'd want to work up to, to avoid injury and burnout.

    I completed all 30 days in a row and I'm relatively fit, and it hurt doing it once a day. If you wanted to do it twice, I'd suggest replacing it with one of Jillians longer dvds, such as BFBM, or NMTZ.

    I occasionally do it twice a day. Usually I do 30 DS in the a.m. and TurboJam in the p.m., but if I don't feel like TJ I just do a 2nd round of 30 DS. Its a push to get through it but its doable.
