Baja-Style Chicken Bowl

Made this today, it was yummy & filling!
Baja-style Chicken Bowl (found on pinterest)
Ingredients:
1tsp olive oil
1/2 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
1/4 cup frozen corn
1/4 cup black beans
2oz cooked chicken breast
1/2 cup cooked brown rice
1/4 cup salsa
2 tbsp Colby/jack shredded cheese
Directions:
Heat oil in pan, sautée bell pepper, corn, beans, and chicken for 5 minutes. Put rice in bowl and top with chicken mixture, salsa and cheese. Enjoy!
