Logging fitness videos?

What is the best way to log exercise that is a fitness video type with both cardio And Weights? I was wondering how others log it. Do you just put the minutes as cardio or try to break it into weight segments too? I do a lot of videos that incorporate weights/strengthening along with cardio but don't know the most accurate way of logging it.

I would log it as calisthenics and cardio (broken into those time amounts). I used to track each strength exercise I did, but it was super tedious and did not track calories. I also do a lot of workout dvds that don't have those types in the system and so I approximate, i.e. core rhythms=belly dancing b/c it is dancing with a lot of flexions and figure 8s/etc...0

I just use a HRM and log it in under Cardio. All my DVD's are both Cardio/Strengh based.0
