anybody in the uk?

Hi all,

I recently went on a diet and lost 60lbs :) I am the fittest I have ever been for ages! I would now like to try and maintain it long term and I have another 10lbs or so to go...

I still workout about 5 times a week, running/swiming/cycling and lifting weights.

I heard about this amazing website and decided to give it a try. I would love to make some MFP friends to give/get support.

    Lost 21 pounds in about 5 weeks doing cycling weights ect up at 6 30 every moring doing excise
