Logging 30DS workout

Hi All,

I am starting the 30 Day Shred today (eek!) and I was wondering how you log it in your Exercise journal. 20 minutes of cardio?

    I just bought this and am starting it when it arrives this week. Looking forward to toning up & shredding it.

    Not sure what other people put as their form of exercise, but I would guess that aerobics would work.

  • I logged it as circuit training for 20 minutes.

    I log it as 20 minutes of circuit training - I am modifying some moves though so I lowered the calories burned.
  • Circuit training but I burn more calories than most doing 30DS so mfp was off by 100 calories for me. Get a HRM when you can, they have some cheaper $20 versions out there if you look. Good luck!
