OMG!! I have been eating lean cuisine for lunch and have been sort of happy with the food. But recently I bought the Kashi prepared dinners and they are fabulous. The red curry chicken was amazingly flavorful! I am totally into convenience and these top my list of good food that I can grab and go!

I can second that the Kashi meals are very tasty. My problem is the sodium in all of those meals...if I eat a lot of sodium I really hold onto water (and the scale goes up- not the direction I want)....0

So, I was thinking. If you are planning on eating a frozen dinner try to avoid the sodium with everything else you eat.0

I haven't tried the Kashi ones, but I do love the frozen meals for the convenience. I do find them to be high in sodium, so it's a great idea to avoid extra sodium if you are going to eat them.0
