Having it be a lifestyle change means that we know how to eat "bad" foods in moderation. As opposed to those who swear off entire categories of food simply to lose weight.
So, while this might be funny, the person obviously has a "diet" mentality.0 -
hahaha
I still eat foods I love and I tell people I do...I just don't eat it everyday or as much as I used to.0 -

Oh! But watch people's head explode who want to lose weight, but see you eat a cupcake at a picnic or social event. It's like you've become evil-incarnate. **Gasp** How DARE you eat a treat!
Sorry. . .I get dinged by a few people who struggle with their weight and find my success a bit unpleasant for them. So, when I eat snacks, they get even grumpier with me.0 -

I get so annoyed when you tell people politely, no thanks, I don't want whatever they are offering (food and beverage). Especially alcohol. If I can get food vs alcohol, I take the food most time. But some will just push and push then get the attitude, "my food not good enough". I try to politley explain I am watching what I eat. Makes it hard, but I realize in some case they are trying to sabatoge my effort.
I know I am rambling.
Sorry0 -
omg this is awesome! that is how i feel sometimes when people bust my chops!0

I don't think so. I think the point is people always say the word "diet" if you refuse to eat what they are eating. If you order a Salad instead of a burger and fries, you are obviously "on a diet"...that gets old after the first 100 times.0 -
Haha, that's me. I would do that.0
