Heart Rate

I have noticed over the last several months it has become harder and harder to elevate my heart rate to 130. When I first started I had no problems but now I have to use incline and higher speeds to get it up. What does this mean? Does this mean I am getting healthier?

That is exactly what it means. The unfortunate part of being more healthy is that you will now have to work harder to burn the same amount of calories.0
