OMG!! I have been eating lean cuisine for lunch and have been sort of happy with the food. But recently I bought the Kashi prepared dinners and they are fabulous. The red curry chicken was amazingly flavorful! I am totally into convenience and these top my list of good food that I can grab and go!

I can second that the Kashi meals are very tasty. My problem is the sodium in all of those meals...if I eat a lot of sodium I really hold onto water (and the scale goes up- not the direction I want)....
  • So, I was thinking. If you are planning on eating a frozen dinner try to avoid the sodium with everything else you eat.

Ive never had them but love Kashi cereal! Maybe ill get some today! Thx! How many calories do they usually run??
  • They are in the range of 250-300 calories and from 6-9 grams of fat.
  • I haven't tried the Kashi ones, but I do love the frozen meals for the convenience. I do find them to be high in sodium, so it's a great idea to avoid extra sodium if you are going to eat them.
