    Hello Everyone,

    I have been trying to lose weight for many years and I am trying again. If anyone would like to help me by being a friends and offering encouragement along the way I will be happy to accept it. I am looking to lose upwards of 170 pounds and my first goal is to lose 10 within three weeks. Hope you all are doing well on your own weightlose journey.
