    Artificial intense detoxing can make you fell sicker and give up. You are forcing the body to dump stuff all at once. Detoxing for at most 3 days, may be valuable in later stages when you have months of weight loss and healthy eating behind you.

    Just eating healthier is enough of a detox to get things going. The addition of psylium might be advisable if you insides are not emptying smoothly.

    Really appreciate all the info and support, think Im going with drinking plenty of water and eating lots of fresh fruit and veg
