Yogurt in turkey burgers?

I'm making turkey burgers today, and every time I've made them in the past they're a little drier than I'd like, even though I do use feta cheese and some oil in them. I was thinking of adding a little greek yogurt to the mix to help keep them moist, btu I don't know if it would be a bad idea. Opinions?

It sounds like you're overcooking them and nothing you add will make them moist if that's what you're doing. I use 99% fat free ground turkey and don't add anything but seasoning to mine when I cook them and they are always moist and juicy inside. When you're cooking them, you should take them off the grill/pan when they are still slightly under and let then rest in some foil for about five minutes. This will finish the final bit of cooking and keep them nice and moist. They shouldn't be firm to the touch when you take them off, if they are, you've overcooked them.

If you are worried about undercooking, grab yourself an instant read meat thermometer. They don't cost much and can be found most places that carry kitchen supplies, even some grocery stores will have cheap versions of them. Take them off the heat when the temp inside reaches about 158-160. As they rest the temp will go up by about five degrees, putting them in the poultry sweet spot of 163-165, which is perfectly done for poultry.

    Wolf's suggestions are great, but...

A little bit of yogurt goes a long way. I use yogurt with ground meats quite often, and it provides a great consistence and a hint of extra flavor.
