Mushrooms!!

    Too many to list really.
    I love mushrooms however, they are nice to eat raw as snacks, filling in meals, come in so many varieties if you find a specialist store or market stall and have potassium in.

    I also love most green veggies, pears, apricots, blueberries, cottage cheese, wild salmon, poached scottish salmon, duck eggs, sprouted grain bread with philadelphia, omelettes, sweet potatoes and quinoa.

    For unhealthy foods, I love decent quality chips(fries to the USA people), chocolate cheesecake, Ben and Jerry's half baked ice cream, peanut M&Ms, danish pastries, most varieties of chocolate and carrot cake and actually, unfortunately, most of the sugar laden, nutritionally crappy foods that food companies enjoy producing in vast quantities to lure potential sugar addicts like myself in, lol.

    Pizza! It's my total, utter weakness. I've yet to cave to it, but I'm so glad PizzaExpress do a 500> calorie leggera selection!

    Ewww im not s fan of mushroooms =P

    I looooove dried fruit mix! Recently i have fell in love with them! They are quite high in calories, but i just measure out 40g which is enough to have as a snack, and there also filling too :)

    I lovelovelove mushrooms! White, ****ake, portabella...bring them on. :)

    Good foods: Water chestnuts, beans (All of them...I think it's the cuban in me), recently found a love for whole grain rice from uncle bens, olives, soy beans (Although I've heard they mess with hormone levels :( ), and anything by lean cuisine (I'm in a situation where I can't really cook at home and they are life savers.)

    BAD foods (lol): Chinese....triple fried chicken covered in sugar? Haha. Cheesecake, Ice cream, pasta, hamburgers, steak (Not bad in general, just for someone who has a heart condition because of the fat levels.)

    I love food. *Sigh* LOL

    I also love sushi! Thankfully the Hy-Vee here makes sushi out of brown rice as well as the white! I usually get it once a week as a treat : )

    Let's see..... Mushrooms definitely, avocados for sure! Cheese, can't leave that out, Oh and ice cream. I will exercise just to eat my favorite foods.

    all foods really bad for you - chocolate, cheese, pasta, deep fried food... mmm

    but healty stuff i love - fresh blueberries, cherries, flax seed, a nicely poached egg, avacado, homemade guacamole (none of the store bought stuff), pineapple. the list goes on!

    eeewww cant stand even looking at mushrooms!!!

    but cheese....oh CHEESE! How i love me some cheeeeeeeeeeeeeese!!!! Any kind of cheese...sliced, cubed, string, mozzerella, cheddar, pepperjack (which is weird since I don't like peppers in other food), american (i know i know)....

    and ranch....I use ranch like most people use salt or ketchup....


    cheese and ranch make my world go round!!! Cheese and ranch on EVERYTHING!!!
