I'm down 13 pounds, counting calories with the app and then i have a body media fit, it records calories burnt, sleep time, steps and activity....
I am eating 1200 cals a day and then trying to burn 2200 calories.....
that should be 2 pounds a week.....is this really going to work...? anyone do this?
Im 5'6 and now 169 pounds....

When you mean "burn" do you mean with exercise alone, or with everyday life combined with exercise?
ETA: I just re-read and it said using your bodyfit so I'm going to assume you are counting life and exercise. I don't think a lot of the previous replies understood that.
But yes, what you are doing sounds great BUT sometimes the body doesn't follow the math. 2lbs a week is a pretty heafty goal. Your body might not like it, and adjust. Most people recommend 1lb a week.0
