I found this recipe online and boy is it good. I needed to break 12 eggs though to get enough egg white. The bread is soft, fluffy, sweet and super soft. I'm even tempted to use it as regular bread!

Here's the recipe:

Here are my pictures. I made a topping as you can see for it's first day.

In case you're wondering how high it grew, here's a link with a ruler. By the way, my seven year old nephew gave it a thumbs up.

The berries were about a cup and a half to 1/4 cup sugar. I divided it by five which makes it pretty decent calorie wise.

I'm bumping my own post only because I really, really want those of you who like gluten free to have this recipe. It's the perfect solution for replacing Hawaiian sweet bread or even cake. That's one of those things we all miss big time. I'll be working on modifying this recipe to make it more like a normal bread with less sweet. That's a future project though. The recipe as is comes out amazing. My entire family wanted some with berries on top and they didn't care that it was gluten free.

Oh, fair warning...I would get an oven thermometer to make sure you're oven really is at the right temperature. I did and found that the oven lies and beeps when it's not ready. It actually takes an extra 20 minutes to make sure it's hot enough for the Angel Food cake.

Not a problem. I'm glad I could help. I found it online and decided to try it. Luckily, most of the starches are easy to get from the health food store (the corn one - used Argo - BJ's club). I couldn't believe how it turned out.

Bump - I'm starting to think that trying to get this recipe into the hands of those who can't eat wheat is starting to be a tricky endeavor. Either way, bumping it up to make sure it gets spread. It's hard to find recipes that actually work well and this would replace a child's cake if necessary.
