Should I just disregard what they say my weight will be in 5 weeks? I've heard its a far cry from what it actually will be.. even if you average it.

    I don't know why, but I am always annoyed by that "if every day were like today" comment when I complete my logs. I suppose some people might gain inspiration from it (just not me).

    i have disregarded it, i will just weigh myself in 5 weeks and hope i hit the 50+kg mark and say see ya later to the 47kgs ive been for a long time!
