Alright.
My question is one of the "Did the chicken come before the egg?" type questions.
Truly it is.
And just like I can answer the chicken question for you... I'm sure there is SOMEONE out there who can answer MY question!
It is 2am as I write this. Yes, 2am. I haven't gotten to go to bed, yet. The baby is wakeful... the two year old has been wakeful...
I'm just UP.
Period.
Now... I've had a sudden "munchie attack".
My husband bought some chili flavored Doritos and I cannot stop eating those wretched things. I stopped counting the number of chips that passed my lips! :-{
Yesterday -- technically it IS "yesterday" -- I ate 200+ calories over what I was SUPPOSED to.
So... does my horrid "binge" count for THAT day... or the NEW day?
Thursday?
Or ... Friday, since it's 2am!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!!?!?
I'm feeling just awful about this... very angry with myself...
So help me, Lord... I enjooooooooyed those chips!
But I should NOT have eaten them as I did...
I actually am thinking I'll wake up in the morning (if I EVER get to SLEEP! Ha ha!) five pounds heavier!!!!!!
Why, oh why do I have no self control!?!?!?!?
If these bad calories count for the new day... I can go from there. But... if they count for yesterday's tally... I'm in trouble. :-/

They count towards your previous day, unfortunately. :indifferent:
I can definitely understand your munchie attack. I used to have a habit of reaching for salty foods before bed, which is a bad idea.
A few rules I live by nowadays:
- No junk-food in the house.
- Don't eat within three hours of sleep.
- If I get the munchies, I grab a bottle of water and CHUG it.
It's tough to abide by these laws, truly. I've found that working out incredibly hard makes me want to stay away from crap food (i.e. chips :explode: ) because I don't want to lose all of the hard work I put in. Seriously, though, CHUG water if you get the munchies. It really helps, especially before bed!!0 -
I would say they count toward the previous day......which actually is good, because tomorrow you can start fresh again. I ate three cookies before going to bed last night (I'm a half day ahead of you guys and am already 2 hours into my work day) and felt like crap about it, but am starting over today and hope to behave myself tonight. Good luck to you tomorrow!0
