Just Joined A Fitness Center

Just thought I would share my latest. I joined the fitness center. I am so excited I don't think anything can stop me now. This is my next phase of being heallthy. I went today and worked out about an hour between the treadmill and the bike. I got along way to go, but I know I can do it! Sorry to ramble.....just had to share my excitement!:flowerforyou:

    CONGRATS!! An awesome step on your journey to healthy...I just joined a fitness center earlier this week. It feels good doesn't it?! :drinker:

    Yes it does!!!!! The hardest part is the wait to see the results.

    Results will come in no time! What is the name of your gym? Is it a small local center or a large chain?

    I joined Anytime fitness. I love it.
