I made this tonight as a side dish and it was very good. I do not know the nutrional totals but it can't be too bad considering the ingredients I used.

1 lb bag of broccoli florets
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp low sodium teriaki sauce
2 tsp honey
1 tsp cider vinegar
dash of cayenne pepper (or crushed red pepper flakes)

Mix everything in a pan over high heat and cook to desired texture.

Thanks, this sounds good! Something the hubby will enjoy...he hates plain veggies so I have to dress them up for him!

Mine is the same exact way! I either have to dress them up, or hide them really good lol.

dang i wish i would have looked at this just an hour ago. i made garlic broccoli as a side dish for my dinner. however i used olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. it tasted OK. tolerable, but not good. this recipe sounds a lot better!!! i'll try this next time.
