changing calorie goal

Anyone know how I manually change my calorie goal? Instead of 1200 that MFP gives me I want to up it to 1500 and not track exercise. I don't want to feel like I need to eat back my exercise calories as it encourages me to think of exercising as a way to eat more food. I'd rather associate it with feeling healthy and getting to my goal faster
Thanks
