projected weight loss

I'm losing just not at the rate that the daily calculations say I should be. when you close out your diary for the day and it says if every day was like this you'd be *** in 5 weeks. Does anyone actually get there when it says? I'm losing but not at the rate..what's your experience with this?

  • You would have to eat and exercise EXACTLY like that day, every single day, to meet the target weight that is listed. I don't know many people who do the same thing, every day, with no variation. It's just a guideline to give you motivation to keep being successful!

    I actually track it just for fun. I am about 4 pounds heavier still than the last prediction I got LOL. I don't think it is really that accurate because honestly...who eats the same and exercises the same every day for 5 weeks? But its good for a laugh and a little motivating!
