Hey Folks

Finally decided to kick myself into touch.

I'm 23, 236lb, Female and from Glasgow, UK.

8 Weeks until i go to France for 2 weeks, I CAN do this! xx

    I am on the same boat, just over 10 weeks until I go away to Alicante, I NEED my bikini bod !!

    You can do it, just keep reminding yourself how amazing you'll feel in France! xx

    I did really well last year and lost nearly 2 stone before Christmas but all that went out the window after my xmas night out!

    I'm going away with my partner and his family and i really dont want to be te "fat girl" at the pool :(

    I'm bursting out of all my clothes and they're a size 20 :( xx
