    I've had it since September and I just :heart: it!
    And I log it as aerobics. Wasn't sure what else to put it under...I Googled it and everything, coming up empty handed.

    I just finished up the 30 day shred a few weeks ago and I loved it! I still do it occasionally because it's such a great 20 minute workout. I logged it as general circuit training.
