Please say something to cheer me up?
I thought I was keeping up my efforts quite well. It is not fair that it takes me weeks to loose 1.5 lbs and only ONE to put it on!

Unless you really overindulged, chances are pretty good that it's just a temporary water gain from eating higher sodium foods. Give it a few days, resume your healthy eating habits, and weigh yourself again in a week or so. My guess is the extra 1.5 pounds will be gone.
1.5 pounds is well within the normal fluctuations most of us see on a daily basis anyway.0 -

You are so right!!!
I wieghed in again and I am actually down another .5 lb!!! I guess the long airplane trip did not help with water retention either.
I really never believed water could have such a dramatic effect!0
