Hi!
So I am a 21 college senior and hoping to feel better about myself this semester. I am trying to do some better time management to actually accomplish my weight loss goals. Any tips for losing weight in college? Also I would love any support!

    Hi Danielle, I'm also a college senior. :) The best way I've found to lose weight is to watch what I eat, since I have very little time to hit the gym. Cutting out sugary dessert and replacing it with fruit helped me a lot. I also try to walk on campus as much as I can - taking the stairs instead of the elevator, walking to the next building instead of driving, etc. Hope that helps!
