Pictures comparing last summer to this summer!

I was uploading my summer vacation pictures and was feeling glum - like a lot of people I always hate photos of myself and this year was no exception! How can I still be so fat when I have lost 42 lbs??? So, I started looking for pictures from last years vacation to see if I could detect any changes. I know there are changes - great changes - hell - fantastic changes! I can bend over and tie my shoes for goodness sake! I wear a ladies medium shirt - purchased at any old store. I can walk all day without a thought. I can run up stairs like a teenager. Last Saturday night I danced to disco music (it was a themed anniversary celebration) for hours on end - got sweaty but never winded and no sore feet and never once had to sit because I was too tired or out of breath! Life is good! Here are my pictures from last year's vacation:

    Thanks for the positive attitude. I was having that kind of day myself......how can I still look so chunky when I've worked SO hard to drop 60-some pounds?! You reminded me to be grateful for how far I've come.

    PS: I see a HUGE difference in your photos - a job well done!!

    Wow! A picture really is worth a thousand words. When we lose weight slowly, it's hard to really see the big changes we've made. Congratulations! You look gorgeous!
