Weight loss tips

I am new to this forum but I have lost around 70 pounds but then gained back 20 pounds because I got unmotivated bringing the total to 50 pounds. Now I am starting up again and hoping to reach my goal of at least 180 pounds, I am 214 pounds right now. Feel free to add/message me if you need tips as I have lost lots of weight before so I can answer a few of your questions.

    Shello my friend! So what was the trick? I have been eating healthy as much as I could. I do more portioning so I could still eat some of those junk food but not as much. Lol and lots of exercise. How did u loose yours?

    Drink a lot of water (4 - 8 cups), get 6 - 8 hours of sleep per day (this is a must), always eat your breakfast to jump start your metabolism, exercise and not just workout (play sport or something you're interested in), eat healthy but it's okay if you give yourself a little treat now and then but not overeat the recommended calorie, these are my tips =)
